| About Lisa B. Richey: Lisa is a North Carolina native. She grew up in Havelock; had her first car wreck in Atlantic Beach; learned how to pick blue crab in Beaufort; learned to swim in Salter Path; was fired for the first time in Washington; was educated in Greenville and Durham; realized she wasn't a surfer or vegetarian in Corolla; and was a banker in Whiteville. Although she's lived the past 20 years in her beloved Lake Waccamaw, she calls New Bern home because that's where her mother and sister live. |
