off line, through bulk orders to classrooms and book clubs, and to libraries.
Retail single copies
Please contact your online retailer such as--

or your local fine bookseller who is now able to order it from Ingram Book
Group or Baker & Taylor, if it is not currently in stock
Library copies are available at a 40% discount from standard retail price
and will be shipped with an invoice; upon verification of the educational or
public nature of the institution.
Order Form
Wholesale & bulk retail copies are available according to the following
discount schedule and rules and regulations:
1. All sales are final.
2. All prices are subject to change without notice and all figures are in
US dollars.
3. All sales must be prepaid in US dollars by check or money order,
payable to Avar Press.
4. 40% Discount from standard retail price, prior to shipping.
5. All shipping & handling costs are paid by the buyer. Shipping is via
U.S. Postal Service, standard domestic media, with delivery confirmation.
Priority shipping and international shipping are available, at an extra
charge. Standard domestic US shipping and handling costs are $3.00 for
the first two books. For larger orders, expedited shipping, or for
international distribution, indicate these requirements along with your order.
If your purchase order authorizes use of your routine carrier and account
number, then your shipping costs will include a smaller handling fee.
6. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment unless the title is on
back order, in which case you will be notified accordingly.

8. Bulk retail orders are defined as orders requesting 5 (five) or more
books at a time. The standard discount schedule for wholesalers will be
followed but North Carolina sales tax will be required for sales shipped to a
